Should you find yourself in a situation where your fellow room mate is causing you distress or cannot connect with you, and you have taken all steps to address the occasional relationship hiccups, we will place you in the next available room that matches your profile.

What should I do while I am getting late on a day to HooLiv campus?

Once you become a member of HooLiv community, you will be provided with the details contact details of your HooLiv Buddy in the Welcome Kit.

What if I would like to host family and friends for a couple of days?

Absolutely. As long as you respect the space and value the time of your fellow HooLiv colleagues. Overnight stays in the same accommodation is not allowed at HooLiv. If you want to have your friends or family members staying for more than a day, you can opt for an accommodation by paying additional charges. With this, you can have your visitors staying with you beyond a day but not more than 3 days.
